Brian Dames

Brian began his career in sales after graduating from Texas Christian University in 1984, where he played football.  Prior to  coming to The Keane Group, his success in sales led him to become the Director of Business Development for a distribution company selling equipment and materials used in the manufacturing of semiconductors.  In 2003 he was brought in as the Director of Business Development helping to grow The Keane Group from a regional Midwest agency to one of the largest independent medical malpractice insurance brokers in the Nation.  As COO his responsibilities include managing the day-to-day business, supporting the sales team, managing insurance carrier relationships, and developing and directing the annual budget.  Brian is married and has 3 children.”
